Established in 2019 and headquartered in Canberra, Phoenix ICT Solutions delivers and sustains complex projects, programs and sovereign AI capability for Defence and government across Australia.

Our story

From specialist consultancy to sovereign AI provider.

Phoenix ICT Solutions is an established and growing Australian enterprise with a workforce of experienced former Defence, ADF, Government and Industry professionals. Our specialist engineering capability spans the full ICT lifecycle, from advisory and architecture to secure product development and sustained operations.

Today we operate across three capability lines (ICT consulting, ICT contracting services and bespoke products), with our flagship sovereign AI platform, Zara LM, deployed across government within a secure, accredited environment. We are a team of dedicated, passionate, high-calibre personnel working in multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality results for our clients.

Phoenix ICT Solutions is a member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and can sponsor security clearances up to NV2. We host within secure Zone 4 data centre facilities in Canberra Data Centres, and are approved to work with data classified up to and including Secret.
